FEROTEC’s new extrusion dies
In fact, for the past 2 years, in addition to conventional dies for animal feed pelletizing, we have also been working on extrusion dies, and are now able to manufacture this type of part.
But that’s not all. Aware that pellet quality is not only the result of a quality die, but also of a die/shell pairing, we have worked on this aspect and can now offer our customers a wide range of shells in all shapes and sizes.
We also offer various types of steel, including 35NCD16, for beet pulp or alfalfa pelletizing, as well as flat dies and dies with reduced working widths for Biomass.

Each visitor will have the opportunity to find what they came for at the show, and if you are looking for quality dies, made in Europe, and more specifically in France, stop by our booth to talk about it.

Indeed, since the last 2 years, in addition to the traditionnal dies intended for animal feed granulation, we have also worked on dies for extrusion and are now able to manufacture this type of part. But that’s not at all. As experts of granulation, we know that granulation is not only the result of a quality die, but this is the right combination between the die and the shells. So we have worked on this aspect and can now offer a wide range of shells in different shapes and sizes.
We also offer different types of stell, in particular the most common X46 for the traditional animal feed, and the biomass, but also the 35NCD 16, for the granulation of beet pulp or alfalfa. We also offer flat dies, or dies with reduced working band for the Biomass.
